How does it work?

Each session is guided by a qualified therapist who facilitates the discussions and ensures that everyone feels heard and respected. You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts, ask questions and receive constructive feedback. We offer 5 meetings, and each meeting may last up to 120 minutes in the evening.
